Toronto Commercial Contracting Company Gives Back

As the holiday season wraps our country in festive cheer, there's a warmth that extends beyond cozy fireplaces and twinkling lights. It's the season of giving, a time when the joy of sharing outshines the thrill of receiving. In this spirit of generosity, every year, Taurus Contracting (specializing in commercial contracting) pledges to give back to the community where we work, live and play. This year, we are pleased to announce seven amazing charities, near and dear to our team and clients' hearts, that we will financially support. The seven Charities are Redemption Paws, Rouge Valley Church, Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, The Heart and Stroke Foundation and Julliette's Place. The Hospital for Sick Children - SickKids Hospital Toronto

The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is Canada's most research-intensive hospital and the largest centre dedicated to improving children's health. Princess Margaret Cancer Centre

The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre has 12 site groups, 26 specialty clinics and over 3,000 staff who see over 400,000 patient visits yearly. This year alone, they delivered 6,031 cancer surgeries, 37,754 system therapy visits, 91,517 radiation visits, and 428 stem cell transplants. The Heart & Stroke Foundation has led the fight to beat heart disease and stroke for more than 70 years. Julliette's Place

For over 30 years, Homeward Family Shelter (operating as Julliette’s Place) has stood as a beacon of hope and refuge for abused women and their children. It is the only women’s shelter in Northeast Scarborough offering emergency help and comprehensive support services to those fleeing domestic violence.
