About Project Management

A "management" contract offers clients and end-users a more hands-on approach in the project's development. In this contract, the client chooses the professional consultants and sub-trades, and often pays subcontractors and suppliers directly, taking on the project's liabilities. This type of contract could save money for an experienced client. However, it often leads to slower production and increased costs for the client due to consultant and customer changes.

If you want to be more involved in your project and be part of of almost every decision(and if you have the time to do this ), this service is for you. However, you will inherit much of the liability due to your involvement with consultant and trade selections; also, your recourse for project delay is limited.
