COMPASS CONSTRUCTION | BUILDING RENOVATIONS PROJECT (ACCLAIM HEALTH) | OAKVILLE, ON

This project was originally delayed due to the pandemic; however, due to its essential service status, the project was able to continue uninterrupted. The main features of this project included major excavation to restore building foundations, waterproofing, numerous minor building additions, slab work, stair work and heavy civil work including new services connected to Region of Halton. Major challenge was to get all of the exterior and site work completed before winter conditions were necessary.
