GERRARD STREET MEDICAL OFFICES | FACILITY RENOVATIONS AND BUILDING UPGRADES | TORONTO, ON

This design build project was challenging and fast tracked. Access off Gerrard Street and the rear of the building was limited, so material delivery had to be coordinated carefully without use of an elevator at the time during the pandemic. The project featured major demolition, building and occupancy permits, and renovations were extensive and modern.
