This challenging fast tracked project had to be substantially complete in 11 weeks. The entire floor plate of 30,000 sq. ft. included extensive mechanical work, electrical upgrades, new lighting, new boardroom, meeting rooms, architectural drywall, life safety upgrades, numerous door and frame assemblies with glazing, customized IT room, large lunchroom, full data cabling package with equipment and base building, control work. Intricate flooring installations throughout including welded solid surface vinyl with patterns. Construction phasing had to be implemented to keep on schedule.
