PINK ELEPHANT | LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT/DESIGN BUILD CONTRACT | BURLINGTON, ON

This 11,000 sq.ft. project was fast-tracked to turnover in approximately 10-weeks. Extensive demolition/renovations included full-height glazing for most offices and executive areas, custom flooring, installations, mechanical and electrical modifications, millwork, partitions, door and frame assemblies, and custom finishes, etc.
