STU FARMS | MICRO CANNABIS CULTIVATION FACILITY - DESIGN BUILD CONTRACT | ARTHUR, ON

A “state of the art” design/build turnkey facility. This 6,000 sq. ft. project was particularly challenging due to the custom nature of the design and that much of the infrastructure and finishes were regulated by Health Canada. This raw acre site included all new site services and the interior fit out included highly specialized lighting, plumbing and HVAC systems. Project duration from inception to substantial completion spanned just approximately 8 months including time for design drawings, SPA process, building permits and all construction. Construction proper was completed in approximately 22 weeks.
