WHOLE FOODS | LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENT - STIPULATED LUMP SUM PROJECT | YORKVILLE, ON

One of the first Whole Foods in Ontario, this flagship Yorkville store was completely renovated (a low seven-figure budget) including the addition of a new bakery on Avenue Road. All departments were updated and re-organized to maximize efficiency, and all checkouts were updated and modernized. Major challenges included the installation of an elevator for the bakery and hundreds of core-drilling locations in the parking levels to accommodate new electrical, plumbing and data feeds.
